What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

What areas do you cover?

We cover most of Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. As a rough guide we cover a 50 mile radius from RH6. We do not charge a delivery fee within this catchment area.

How much notice do you need to do my wedding?

We will only take one wedding per day to ensure our clients receive our full attention on their special day. As a guide we suggest you make your reservation four months before your wedding. However, In order to avoid dissapointment we recommend that you book your date with us as soon as possible.

Can I make changes after I have placed my order?

Yes of course, you can make additions and alterations up to two weeks before the wedding. There is no charge for making changes to your order however, a new invoice will be generated should your final package cost change.

When are you available for consultations?

Can I have my flowers moved from the church to the reception?

Yes, of course. We offer a free service to move your wedding flowers such as the pedestals or archway from the church to the reception venue.

Where is your shop?

We operate as an online business – this means that we don’t have the unnecessary overhead costs of a shop. We buy our flowers fresh to order. This means we are able to offer our customers extremely competitive prices for high quality fresh flowers.

Do you charge for vase hire?

No, all our prices include vase hire. We will deliver the flowers in the vases to the reception and arrange with the hotel to collect them the following day.
